Practical technology and operational solutions for public agencies.
Crosdale Consulting supports public organizations evaluating technology investments, modernizing operations, improving workflows, and addressing complex administrative challenges.
What we support
Services built for how agencies buy.
Small, defined projects should be easy to understand and easy to quote. Each service below can be scoped to a single workflow, system, or decision.
- Operational Opportunity Assessments
- Technology Readiness & Adoption Reviews
- Cloud & IT Service Management Assessments
- AI Governance & Implementation Feasibility
- Process Improvement & Decision Support
Illustrative engagements
Three clearly scoped assessments.
Operational Opportunity Assessment
Review one workflow or business process, identify bottlenecks, and develop prioritized recommendations.
Technology Adoption & Readiness Review
Assess why an existing or proposed technology may not be delivering the operational value expected.
AI Governance & Feasibility Assessment
Evaluate a defined AI use case for suitability, risk, governance requirements, and potential organizational value.
These are illustrative engagement formats, not preapproved government purchasing packages. Your agency defines its own requirements and uses its own applicable procurement procedures.
How it works
From requirement to decision brief.
You define the need
Describe the workflow, system, or decision. Share your requirements and any solicitation details.
We respond your way
A written quotation or a response through your jurisdiction’s applicable procurement process.
We scope and deliver
A defined statement of work, regular check-ins, and plain-language findings.
You decide
A decision brief with options, risks, and next steps your leadership can act on.
Vendor information

Questions agencies ask
Straight answers about procurement.
Purchasing rules differ by jurisdiction and by type of service. These answers describe how we work, not what any agency may or may not buy.
Can an agency award you work without competition?
No. We respond to competitive solicitations and to written-quotation or informal-quote requests as your procurement rules require. We do not advertise a universal threshold and we do not ask agencies to bypass competition.
How are small projects quoted?
You describe the problem and the deliverable you need. We return a written quotation with scope, assumptions, timeline, and price that you can evaluate through your normal process. Illustrative durations and formats on this page help you scope, but they do not replace your requirements.
What vendor information can you provide?
Our legal name, trade name, UEI, CAGE code, NAICS code, and capability statement are on this site. Additional registration details and references are available on request. Records are being updated to our new legal name, Eldervant LLC, so please verify status in the relevant registry.
Do your certifications apply to my jurisdiction?
Our certifications are listed on the federal page. Whether any program or preference applies depends on your jurisdiction’s rules, so please confirm with your procurement office.
Will contacting you enroll me in marketing email?
No. Government inquiries are used to respond to you. We do not add public-sector contacts to marketing campaigns from an inquiry.
Ready to scope a project?
Send your requirement or ask for our qualifications. We will reply within one to two business days.
